Our Philosophy is that we work in your home. We know the transition from home to long term care is not easy. Our caring, compassionate, certified care givers do not rush residents out of bed in the morning. We encourage residents to get their own breakfast, assist with meals and live as independently as possible.

We know it takes a community to care for us as we age. Family members are a very important part of the care we provide. We encourage family involvement to help create personal care in a home like environment.

Residents with Alzheimer's or other dementia related illnesses do very well at Lohnes. Our meals are home cooked and there is a lot of social engagement and activities.
