At Locke St. Bakery we make original New York Style Bagels and specialty cream cheeses.We offer over twelve varieties of bagels using only the finest ingredients and no preservatives. Our unique process involves boiling the bagels first, which locks in the freshness, creating a shiny exterior with a soft center. The bagels are then baked to perfection on special cedar boards. Our extensive variety of bagels includes many healthier alternatives such as the very popular whole wheat honey flax as well as other whole grain options. In addition to bagels we also offer 9 varieties of specialty cream cheese, whipped to perfection and exploding with flavours.Our production facility in Stoney Creek, is focused on delivering fresh bagels and cream cheese to retailers in South Western Ontario including bakeries, stores, supermarkets, hotels, catering halls and other food organization. We offer free daily delivery service in addition to biweekly and monthly service for bagels in four different forms: Freshly Baked, Frozen Raw Dough, Par-Baked and Thaw and Serve.You can find our bagels and cream cheeses at various locations in South Western Ontario including the old Locke St. Bakery location at 202 Locke St. South which will be completely renovated and under new management. We are also open for retail Tuesday to Sunday so you can pick up a dozen bagels and cream cheese for your friends and family straight from our ovens.
