We will get to beauty spots and historic and cultural sites, visit art and craft studios while supporting artists and merchants, restaurants, growers and coastal sightseeing operators. Trips are not merely a bus ride from A to B but include side trips to hidden gems around local communities, which vary with the weather and the whim of the group. All this while sharing experiences and conversations with new friends, keeping the participants interested and active, thus contributing to quality of life and good health, avoiding the incidence of isolation, anxiety and illness/depression which are a risk for retirees.
