Farm World began in 1984 in Kinistino Saskatchewan. Farm World purchased the assets of the New Holland store in Humboldt in 2002 and also purchased the New Holland store in Prince Albert in 2004. In May 2007, Craig Cumming, Trevor Rumpel, Jeff Saufert and Tex Prete purchased the assets of Farm World. This new ownership team has been involved in the Agricultural industry for several years. Craig's experience has been in Ag Equipment service. Trevor's experience has been in Ag equipment service and sales. Jeff's background is in Ag finance. Tex's background is in Ag sales and marketing. Farm World is a partnership owned 100% by this ownership team.New Holland is Farm World's main line brand. Bourgault, Morris, Unverferth, HoneyBee, MacDon, Schulte and others are represented by our three stores. We provide sales parts and service for all of the product lines that we partner with. Farm World is always looking for new and innovative products to help our customers be successful in their farming operations. As we acquire new product lines, we are committed to training our staff to support these new products.Farm World has an international business component as well supplying products and parts to countries like Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Australia.Farm World employs over 85 staff in the three locations. It is these people that make Farm World a great place to do business. All staff members are encouraged to participate in all training opportunities offered by manufacturers to upgrade their knowledge and skill set to better serve our customers. Our staff makes our business!Since 2007, Farm world has experienced tremendous growth. This growth has allowed us to expand our facilities, by spring of 2013, we will have 3 new facilities. We understand the importance of being able to service all of the products that we supply to our customers.
